More students may be learning about the potential of fusion energy as a clean, green and carbon-free source of electricity this fall thanks to the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory’s participation in Princeton University’s Quest 2023 teacher preparation program(Link is external) for sixth- to 12th-grade teachers.

Shannon Swilley Greco, a senior project leader in PPPL’s Science Education Department, co-taught a one-week workshop July 17 to 21 for 15 teachers from across New Jersey on “Phenomenal Fusion: Energy and Climate Justice.”
